Discover the story behind project Milestone II at Dutch Design Week 2026

How do you go from the world's first 3D-printed house to four multi-storey homes? What challenges had to be overcome, and what innovations made it possible? During Dutch Design Week, the partners behind project Milestone invite you to explore the story behind this groundbreaking construction project.

Visit the 3D concrete printing facility, meet the people behind the project and discover how new technologies are helping to shape the future of housing and construction.

What to Expect

Each session includes:

  • a presentation by members of the Project Milestone consortium;
  • insights into the journey from the world's first 3D-printed house to the next phase of the project;
  • a guided tour of Saint-Gobain Weber's production facility, including the 3D printing process and the printed building elements;
  • an opportunity to ask questions and engage directly with the experts involved.
